Announcing the Orion Township Youth Advisory Council

The Orion Township Youth Advisory Council has been established to promote youth involvement in local government through active participation and mutual exchange of ideas and experience. 

Members of the Youth Advisory Council:
  • Attend and participate in monthly meetings.
  • Work on community-based projects with other YAC members.
  • Attend and participate in Township Board meetings on a rotating basis.
  • Serve as a Youth Ambassador to Orion Township.
An information meeting for interested high school students will be held on Thursday, September 21 at 2:45 p.m. at Orion High School (Mrs. Dalrymple's Room, Room 101).
